We want to make the moving in and moving out process as easy as possible for you and your team.

For your convenience, below is a list of information and examples of agreements that will be customized for you, should you decide to move forward with our leasing process.

Leasing is as easy as 1-2-3

We make it simple to lease space from us! If you are interested in becoming a member, the process is easy:

  1. Contact us to schedule a tour of your favorite space.

  2. After you have visited the building and selected your space, you will then complete the Background Check -

    Background Check - Disclosure Form and email it to info@kchistoricbuildings.com

  3. While your background check is being conducted, we will be customizing your License Agreement for you to review, sign and move in.

Terminating your lease

We understand that circumstances change. We require 60 days notice of termination of lease in writing. Please complete this form and we will process your request.
